Strategy and team

Your AI roadmap, with the team ready

In two weeks we tell you where AI saves you hours or helps you sell more, in what order to tackle it and what it costs. Then we train your team role by role and cover the EU AI Act obligations that already apply.

It is not a report about the future. It is knowing what to do on Monday.

AI readiness and training

Understand.Prioritise.Train.Comply.

One in three Spanish companies with more than ten employees already uses AI, but most do it without method: scattered tools, no shared criteria and no compliance with the duty to train the people who use them. The assessment orders that starting point, and the training turns curiosity into measurable results.

From scattered trials to a plan with owners

What changes when AI stops being a personal initiative and becomes a company decision.

Before
  • Everyone uses whatever tool they found
  • Nobody knows what data leaves the company
  • AI ideas with no return figure
  • Generic training that changes nothing day to day
  • Vendors selling agents without a use case
  • Unknown legal obligations
With the basebcn assessment
  • Use cases prioritised by savings and revenue
  • A clear usage policy and approved tools
  • A ninety-day roadmap with owners
  • Training per role, on each team's real processes
  • Criteria to decide what to build and what to buy
  • Literacy, transparency and records up to date

What the assessment includes

Four blocks in two weeks, with your team involved from day one.

01

Opportunity map

Interviews and process observation to find the tasks where AI saves hours or opens sales, with an estimated figure.

02

Prioritisation by return

Each opportunity rated by impact, effort and risk. Three first bets come out, not twenty.

03

Roadmap and budget

What to do in ninety days, what to build, what to buy, who leads it and what it costs.

04

Compliance and governance

Inventory of AI systems, usage policy, and the EU AI Act's literacy and transparency obligations covered.

What you take away

Documents that get used, not filed.

Maturity report
Where you stand on data, processes, team and tools, compared with companies your size.
Use-case map
Opportunities rated with hours saved or estimated revenue and effort level.
Ninety-day roadmap
Three first bets with scope, owner, cost and success metric.
AI usage policy
Which tools, with which data, who approves and how it is recorded, written to be signed.
Training programme per role
Hands-on sessions for management, sales, marketing, operations and admin, each with its own cases.
Compliance record
System inventory, transparency notices and training evidence for the EU AI Act.

Who it makes sense for

Companies of ten to three hundred people that want to get it right first time.

General management

To decide with a figure in front of you where to invest and what to leave out, without depending on what each vendor says.

Team leads

Sales, marketing, operations and admin get training on their own processes, not generic examples.

Companies with grants or training credit

The programme is designed to fit subsidised training schemes and the public digitalisation grants in force.

How we work

Two weeks of assessment, training next, and support if you want it.

01

Week one: understand

Interviews with management and teams, review of data and tools, inventory of what is already in use.

02

Week two: decide

Opportunity rating, a prioritisation session with you and delivery of roadmap, policy and budget.

03

Afterwards: train and support

Training per role, launch of the first bet and a monthly progress review if you need it.

Frequently asked questions

What we get asked before starting.

Which EU AI Act obligations already affect me?
Since February 2025 every company using AI must ensure its staff has sufficient training, and since August 2026 you must disclose when a customer is talking to an AI or seeing generated content. The heavier obligations, for high-risk systems, have been postponed to late 2027. The assessment settles the first two and tells you whether the third applies to you.
Is it independent, or will you end up selling me your products?
The assessment is independent: we recommend building, buying or waiting, and we write it down. If a bet fits something we do, we will say so as plainly as if it fits another provider. The report is yours whatever you decide.
Is the training subsidised?
The programme is designed per role and with assessment, the format that qualifies for company-planned training schemes. We help you process it with your training organiser or the agency you use.
What do I need to prepare?
Two hours from management, one hour per team lead and access to the tools you use. We bring the rest.

Works with

The assessment's bets usually land in internal assistants, agents or a first product.

Where should your company start with AI?

Tell us what you do and how many people you are. On one call we will tell you whether the assessment makes sense and what would come out of it.
