Data we process

Identification and contact data you voluntarily provide: name, email, phone, company and message.

Content of text or voice chatbot conversations, including data needed to manage a commercial request.

Minimum technical data from normal website use, such as selected language, browser, date and time of access or information needed for security and operation.

Purposes and legal bases

Handling requests received via form, email or chatbot and responding to pre-contractual or commercial communications requested by the user.

Managing leads, preparing proposals, scheduling calls and maintaining reasonable follow-up of commercial opportunities.

Improving service quality, website security and AI assistant operation.

The main legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps or legitimate interest in responding to received requests. Where applicable, processing is based on user consent.

Providers and recipients

Data may be processed by providers needed to operate the service: Render.com for hosting, Google/Gemini for AI features, and Google/Gmail for email communications.

We do not sell personal data or disclose it to third parties for their own purposes. Data is shared only when needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations or handle a user's request.

International transfers

Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, basebcn will use providers subject to appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions or other mechanisms recognised by applicable law.

Retention

Contact data, leads and conversations will be retained for one year from the last contact, unless a legal obligation applies or erasure is requested earlier.

After that period, data will be erased or anonymised unless it must remain blocked to handle legal liabilities.

Rights

You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability rights by writing to wearebasebcn@gmail.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you believe the processing does not comply with the law.

Chatbot and voice

The chatbot may use AI services to interpret messages, respond and prepare commercial requests. In voice mode, the browser will ask for permission to activate the microphone.

Do not provide special-category data, confidential third-party information or data that is not necessary for your enquiry.
