Accelerated product

From idea to a working product in weeks

Coding assistants have made the prototype cheap and everything after it expensive: data, integrations, security, real users. We take your idea, or the prototype you already have, and turn it into a product in production, with fixed scope and price and a timeline of weeks.

It is not about going fast to show something. It is about going fast to use it.

AI product in weeks

Scope.Build.Test.Launch.

Today anyone can generate an app in an afternoon, and many stay there: no reliable database, no permissions, no connection to the business. We use the same AI tools to accelerate, but with engineering behind them: architecture, tests, deployment and someone who answers when it breaks.

From the prototype that impresses to the product that gets used

What changes when accelerated development has engineering behind it.

Before
  • A prototype nobody dares to put in production
  • Months of budget for a first version
  • Generated code nobody understands or maintains
  • Customer data in tools with no control
  • Integrations "we'll see about later"
  • No idea whether the idea works until the end
With basebcn
  • First version in production within weeks
  • Scope and price fixed before starting
  • Your own code, documented and tested
  • Data, permissions and backups from day one
  • Connected to your CRM, ERP, payments or calendar
  • Real users from the second week

What Product in weeks includes

A scoping sprint, AI-accelerated build and a release to production with everything a prototype lacks.

01

Scoping sprint

In one week we define the problem, the user, the first version and what stays out. A fixed price comes out of it.

02

Accelerated build

A small team with coding assistants and human review of every piece. A demo every week.

03

Real production

Authentication, database, backups, deployment, monitoring and tests. What separates a product from a demo.

04

Integration with your business

CRM, ERP, payments, calendar, email or WhatsApp connected so the product lives where your team works.

What you take away

A product of your own, with everything needed to carry on.

Scope document
What the first version does, what it does not, with which data and how we will measure that it works.
Product in production
Web or internal application deployed, with users, permissions and its own domain.
Code and repository
Documented source code, with automated tests and reproducible deployment, in your account.
Integrations
Connections to your systems, documented and monitored.
Usage dashboard
Who uses it, how much and where they get stuck, to decide the next version with data.
Evolution plan
Roadmap for the next versions and an optional monthly maintenance plan with hours included.

Who it makes sense for

Teams that know the problem and need a tool now.

Companies running a process on spreadsheets

An internal tool for orders, job sheets, inspections or sales follow-up to replace the shared Excel.

Founders and new business lines

Validate a service with paying customers in weeks, without hiring a technical team.

Departments with a prototype

If you have already built something with AI tools and do not dare to use it with real data, we take it to production.

How we work

Weeks, not months, with a demo every Friday.

01

Week one: scope

Interviews, process map, definition of the first version and a fixed budget.

02

Weeks two to five: build

Accelerated development, weekly demo with real users and adjustments along the way.

03

Week six: launch

Deployment, team training, usage dashboard and plan for the next versions.

Frequently asked questions

What we get asked before starting.

How is this different from doing it myself with an AI tool?
No different on the first afternoon, and entirely different from the first real user. We bring architecture, tests, security, integrations and maintenance, and we use the same tools to go fast. If you already have a prototype, we start from it.
How can you fix the price in a week?
Because we scope the first version as firmly as the price: whatever does not fit goes on the list for the second. The scoping sprint is billed separately and the document is yours even if you do not continue with us.
Who owns the code?
You do. It is delivered in your repository, documented and with reproducible deployment, so any team can continue it. You depend neither on us nor on a closed vendor.
And after launch?
You can carry on with your team, with us through a monthly maintenance plan with hours included, or whichever model fits. The evolution plan leaves the next versions prioritised.

Works with

When the first version grows, custom development takes it further; agents and assistants are usually its next module.

Which tool has your team been waiting months for?

Tell us the problem and who suffers it. On one call we will tell you whether it fits a sprint of weeks and what the first version would deliver.
