Software that works does not start with a fashionable technology. It starts by understanding a decision, a process, a bottleneck or an opportunity. We turn that complexity into a clear, measurable product that is ready to grow.

From a need to a product that works

We combine product thinking, experience design and engineering so the result is more than code: it is a tool people actually adopt.

Without a system of your own
  • Processes spread across spreadsheets, emails and tools that do not talk to each other
  • Manual work to copy, review and reconcile information
  • Important decisions without a shared view of the data
  • Generic tools that force the team to change how it works
  • Fragile integrations and dependencies that are hard to maintain
  • Ideas stuck in presentations because there is no first product
  • Every improvement starts from zero and nobody knows what to measure
With custom software
  • A digital workflow designed around the real operation
  • Connected, traceable data available at the right moment
  • Clear interfaces for every role and level of responsibility
  • Automations with oversight and explicit business rules
  • An architecture ready to integrate and scale
  • An MVP that lets the team learn with real users
  • Metrics, documentation and a continuous path for evolution

What we can build with you

We start with the problem and choose the product format that best addresses the opportunity, from an MVP to a business-critical platform.

01

Web products and SaaS

Public portals, B2B products, marketplaces, subscription tools and complete digital experiences with accounts, roles, payments and analytics.

02

Internal platforms

Dashboards, back offices, operations, content management and internal applications that bring team knowledge into one place.

03

Mobile apps

Native or cross-platform iOS and Android apps with notifications, camera, location, offline work and field-ready experiences.

04

AI, APIs and integrations

Copilots, agents, private knowledge search, automations and APIs that connect CRM, ERP, payments, data and existing tools.

A technical team for every challenge

We can support the full lifecycle or join at the exact point where your team needs more capacity.

Product strategy
We clarify goals, users, constraints, metrics and scope to decide what deserves to be built first.
UX and UI
We turn complex processes into clear flows, accessible interfaces and consistent visual systems.
Frontend
We build fast, responsive experiences for the web, SaaS products, portals, dashboards and installable applications.
Backend and APIs
We design services, business rules, authentication, permissions, APIs and asynchronous processes that support the product.
Data and integrations
We connect sources, normalize information, automate synchronization and create a reliable base for decisions.
AI and automation
We integrate language, voice and vision models, OCR, semantic search, agents and controls for responsible use.
Quality and security
We test critical paths, validate permissions, protect data and automate checks before each release.
Cloud and evolution
We prepare deployments, observability, backups, documentation and a sustainable path for maintaining and expanding the system.

Technology serves the product, not the other way around

We choose the stack according to the experience, domain, available team, time to market, total cost and security requirements.

More than code: a product ready to grow

The delivery includes what people need to understand, operate and improve the system after the first launch.

Scope and roadmap

A clear definition of the first version, its decisions and the next possible steps.

Designed experience

Flows, interface and components that help every role understand what it can do.

Maintainable code

Architecture, conventions and structure so the product does not depend on one person.

Quality and security

Testing, permission reviews, validations and controls matched to the product risk.

Reproducible delivery

Environments, variables, automation and observability for releasing changes with confidence.

Documentation and handover

Technical and functional guides so your team can operate and continue the product.

Connect new software to what already works

Custom software does not have to replace everything. We integrate it with the ecosystem already supporting your business.

CRM and ERP
Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics and custom systems through APIs, webhooks and controlled synchronization.
Payments and billing
Stripe, Adyen, PayPal, Redsys and local providers for payments, subscriptions, invoices and reconciliation.
Identity and permissions
SSO, OAuth, OpenID Connect, MFA, roles, teams and resource-level permissions to protect every operation.
Communication
Email, WhatsApp, Slack, Microsoft Teams, SMS, push notifications and voice calls connected to the right workflow.
Files and signatures
Storage, document generation, OCR, e-signatures and version traceability.
Data and analytics
Dashboards, events, exports, reporting and data layers that turn activity into decisions.
Search and knowledge
Indexes, semantic search, document bases and assistants that answer with controlled context.
Legacy systems
Progressive modernization, adapters and phased migrations when the operation cannot stop.

How we move from an idea to production

An iterative process to reduce uncertainty early, show real progress and keep decisions under control.

01

Discover

We understand the problem, who experiences it, which decisions should improve and how success will be measured.

02

Prioritize

We turn hypotheses into scope, a roadmap and a first version with enough value to learn.

03

Design

We prototype flows, define the architecture and test the experience before building it.

04

Build

We deliver in short iterations, with frequent demos and feedback from the people who will use the product.

05

Validate

We test functionality, performance, security, permissions, integrations and failure scenarios before opening the system.

06

Launch and improve

We deploy with observability, measure adoption and prioritize the next evolution with real data.

Frequently asked questions about custom software

The right decisions depend on your context. These are the questions worth answering before you start.

Can you start from an idea, or do we need a defined project?
We can start from an idea, a process that has outgrown its tools or a system that needs to evolve. We begin with enough discovery work to turn the opportunity into understandable, prioritized scope.
Do you build MVPs as well as complex platforms?
Both. An MVP should be small but not improvised: we define a proportional architecture that supports learning without creating unnecessary future debt. When a product already has scale, we go deeper into domains, permissions, data, performance and integrations.
How do you decide which language or technology to use?
We do not start from a fixed list. We choose the combination that best balances speed, experience, maintenance, available talent, total cost, security and integration needs. Technology serves the product.
Can you add AI to existing software?
Yes. We can add semantic search, information extraction, assistants, agents, voice, vision or automations to existing products. We design boundaries, permissions, evaluation and oversight so AI is useful without becoming a black box.
What about security and ownership of the code?
Security is part of the design: authentication, authorization, input validation, secrets, traceability, backups and critical-path review. Code and documentation are organized so the client can operate and continue the product.
Can you continue after launch?
Yes. We can support evolution through technical support, observability, new features, optimization and prioritization based on real usage. The goal is for the product to remain an advantage, not a one-off delivery.

Do you have an idea, process or system that could work better?

Tell us what you want to build, what is blocking the team and what outcome would create value. We will help turn it into a concrete first plan.
