AI visibility

Be found when customers ask the AI

More and more customers skip Google: they ask ChatGPT or Gemini, or read the AI summary before they click. We make those answers cite your company: we audit how the models see you today, adapt your website and content so they can read it, and measure every month whether you show up.

It is not about ranking first in a list. It is about being the answer.

AI visibility · GEO

Measure.Structure.Publish.Appear.

AI search engines do not rank links: they write an answer and cite whoever is clear, trustworthy and easy to read. That changes which content you need, how it is written and how it is measured. We work on those three things with a repeatable method, and without promising positions nobody can guarantee.

What changes when search answers instead of linking

AI summaries already appear in close to half of all searches and cut clicks to the first result. If you are not in the answer, you do not exist for that customer.

Before
  • Nobody knows what ChatGPT says about your brand
  • Content written only for keywords
  • Pages AI crawlers cannot read
  • Product pages without structured data
  • Organic traffic sliding with no explanation
  • SEO reports that ignore assistants
With AI visibility
  • A dashboard of which models cite you, and for which questions
  • Question-and-answer content that AI systems reuse
  • A readable site: structured data, llms.txt, open access
  • Product pages with the data assistants compare
  • AI traffic measured next to organic
  • A monthly report of citations, mentions and gaps

What AI visibility includes

Four blocks that repeat every month: measure, fix the technical base, publish citable content and check the effect.

01

Visibility audit

We ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI summaries what your customers would ask, and record who appears, with which source and in what tone.

02

Readable technical base

Structured data, an llms.txt file, permissions for AI crawlers, speed and an architecture the models can navigate.

03

Content that gets cited

Guides, comparisons, FAQs and product pages with figures and authors, written so a model can summarise them without dropping your brand name.

04

Monthly measurement

Tracking of mentions, citations and traffic referred by assistants, alongside classic organic, to decide what to publish next month.

What you take away

Concrete deliverables, not a slide deck.

Initial visibility report
One hundred questions from your sector, answers from four assistants and your position against competitors.
Citable content plan
Which pages to create, which to rewrite and in what format, prioritised by purchase intent.
Technical fixes
Structured data, llms.txt, robots and metadata implemented on your site, or handed to your team.
Published pieces
Content written with your team, with sources, author and date, ready to be indexed.
Tracking dashboard
Mentions and citations per assistant, AI traffic and conversions, updated every month.
Monthly review
A thirty-minute session to read the dashboard and set the next batch of content.

Who it makes sense for

It works best where customers research before they buy.

Brands with compared products

Dermocosmetics, health, equipment, software: categories where the customer asks "which is best for…".

Professional services and B2B

Consultancies, law firms, industry: when the AI recommends suppliers, being on the shortlist is everything.

Companies whose SEO has stalled

If organic traffic drops with no clear reason, the reason is usually that the answer is now given without a click.

How we work

A two-week start, then a monthly rhythm.

01

Audit and baseline

Two weeks to measure how assistants see you, review the website and deliver the prioritised plan.

02

Technical base and first pieces

We fix what stops the models from reading you and publish the first batch of content.

03

Monthly cycle

We measure, publish and adjust. Every month you know which questions you have won and which are missing.

Frequently asked questions

What we get asked before starting.

Can you guarantee ChatGPT will recommend my brand?
No, and be wary of anyone who promises it. Answers change between models and between days. What we do guarantee is rigorous measurement, fixing everything that depends on your website and publishing content with the characteristics the models cite. Visibility rises with that sustained work.
Does this replace SEO?
It extends it. Most traffic still arrives from Google, so everything we do respects classic SEO good practice. We add the layer traditional reports do not look at: what the assistants say and why.
How long until it shows?
The initial audit is delivered in two weeks. The first citations usually appear between the second and fourth month, depending on how competitive your sector is and how fast we publish.
Do I need a new website?
Almost never. Most technical fixes are made on the current site. If it is built in a way crawlers cannot read, we will tell you in the audit, with the least expensive solution.

Citable content comes out of Creative Studio, and AI video feeds the same questions.
